- 1 Rack of baby back ribs
- 1/4 c Soy sauce
- 1/2 c Lemon juice
- Weber Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Place ribs in an oven proof dish. If using a roasting pan, line the pan with aluminum foil. Cut thoroughly thawed baby back ribs to separate ribs and place in the oven proof pan. Cover ribs with lemon juice and soy sauce. Turn ribs over to evenly coat with lemon juice and so sauce. Generously season one side of the ribs with Weber Garlic & Herb Seasoning, then turn over again and season the other side. Place marinaded ribs in the refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat oven to 375 deg.
Bake ribs until brown for about 30 minutes, then increase oven temperature to 400 deg. Continue baking the ribs until well done (approximately 15 to 20 min).
